Rates Policy
All rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed, are stated in US dollars, and are subject to a 17% sales tax and 10% service charge.
What is Windsong Resort's Reservations Policy?
Reservations are not final until the Windsong Reservation Department issues a confirmation via e-mail. Please note: If your reservation dates fall into both 'Standard Reservation' time periods and 'Holiday Reservation' time periods, they are subject to the 'Holiday' period reservation and cancellation policies.
What is the Standard Reservation period for 2025?
The 2025 Standard Reservations period is from January 3 through December 15, 2025, and requires a 3-night deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Deposits are refundable (less a 5% credit card transaction value) providing written cancellation is received and confirmed by Windsong Resort at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Thereafter, the deposit is forfeited to cover any cancelled or altered night(s) of a confirmed reservation, including early departure. Early departures do not receive a refund of unused stay. No-shows will be subject to 100% penalty of the full stay.
What is the Holiday Reservation period for 2025/2026?
The Holiday Reservations period for Christmas 2025 / New Year 2026 runs from December 16, 2025 to January 2, 2026. During this period we require a minimum stay of 5 nights from Dec 16-25 (inclusive), and a minimum stay of 7 nights between December 26, 2025 and January 2, 2026 (inclusive). A 1-night deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, which is refundable (less a 5% credit card transaction value) providing written cancellation is received and confirmed by Windsong Resort before October 1, 2025. Balance of full prepayment is due on October 1, 2025. Thereafter, the deposit is forfeited to cover any cancelled or altered night(s) of a confirmed reservation, including early departure. All deposits are non-refundable, non-changeable. Early departures do not receive a refund of unused stay. No-shows will be subject to 100% penalty of the full stay.
Do you recommend Travel Insurance?
Please note that we strongly recommend the purchase of cancellation/travel insurance, especially during peak season. The cancellation policy should include weather and airline related cancellations.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room. A maximum of two children 12 or under stay free of charge when sharing a suite with an adult paying the full suite rate. Cribs are complimentary.
Are Pets permitted?
Pets are not permitted at Windsong Resort. Service animals are permitted in the resort guest rooms and restaurants. Satisfactory documentation is required for service animals prior to check-in.
Is there a charge for an extra guest?
For an extra adult (over the "standard occupancy" and up to the "maximum occupancy" allowed in the selected room/suite), the charge is US$75 plus tax and service charge per person, per day. A maximum of one extra bed is allowed in select rooms for a fee.
Payment Policy
Windsong Resort accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. The card holder who pre-paid the deposit to confirm the reservation MUST bring and present the credit card used to book the reservation along with his/her valid government-issued identification (passport) at check-in. Other forms of payment (cash, debit card, or another credit card) can be used to pay for the balance of the reservation due 24 hours prior to arrival, only if the owner of the credit card used to pay the deposit presents the original credit card at check-in. Debit and Credit cards will be pre-authorized at check-in for $100 per night to cover incidentals. The authorization will only hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount you actually incurred during your stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 10 days after departure to be released by your financial institution, and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Hurricane Policy
Windsong Resort understands that severe weather events may cause our guests to consider changing their travel plans. With this in mind, we offer our guests the following Hurricane Policy, which is valid from June 1 through November 30. This policy applies only to rooms that are reserved directly with Windsong Resort. If your reservation is made through a travel agent or travel wholesaler, please refer to the policy advised by that company.
In the event there is a Hurricane Warning for the Turks and Caicos Islands for a Category 1 or higher (as defined by the U.S. National Weather Service) within the dates of your reservation, Windsong Resort will offer you the following options:
On Property Guests - Windsong Resort will charge guests only for the nights actually stayed at the hotel to those guests that either chooses to leave early or are asked to leave by the hotel or the local civil protection authorities. In these cases, credit vouchers will be issued for the unused nights, to be used for a future date, or a full refund will be given.
Arriving Guests - If you cancel your entire stay prior to arrival, Windsong Resort will waive any cancellation and/or no show charges for any reservations cancelled as a result of any actual Hurricane threat. A credit voucher will be issued for the prepaid amount or a full refund will be given.

Pandemic Policy
Pandemic / Covid-19: All guests acknowledge and agree that they are fully aware of the contagious nature and effects of Pandemics such as COVID-19 and voluntarily assume that risk and responsibility and further agree that they will release, indemnify and hold harmless Windsong Resort and its respective parent corporations, affiliates, subsidiaries insurers, directors, officers, employees, successors, assigns, agents, and representatives, against any claims and/or damages whatsoever, including medical costs, quarantine expenses, prescriptions, medevac costs, legal fees relating to any infection, transmission, health condition influenced or otherwise impacted or complicated by a Pandemic such as COVID-19.

FORUM SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW: ALL CLAIMS WHATSOEVER AGAINST WINDSONG RESORT, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, ARISING FROM, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR INCIDENTAL TO GUEST'S VISIT TO WINDSONG RESORT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE FORMATION, INTERPRETATION, CONSTRUCTION, WAIVER, MODIFICATION, PERFORMANCE, DISCHARGE, OR BREACH OF THE CONTRACT, OR THE EXISTENCE, EXTENT, OR BREACH OF ANY FIDUCIARY DUTY, OR ANY DUTY IN TORT OR PURSUANT TO ANY STATUTE, SHALL BE LITIGATED SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY IN THE TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS AND SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS.

Please note room requests and bedding configuration requests are not guaranteed, however we will do our best to try and accommodate requests. Requests should be sent to Reservations@WindsongResort.com ahead of your arrival date.
Guest Incidental Authorization Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be pre-authorized at check-in for $100 per night to cover incidentals. The authorization will only hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount you actually incurred during your stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 10 days after departure to be released by your financial institution, and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

What are the Check-in & Check-out times?
Check-in Time is after 3 p.m. and Check-out Time is before 11 a.m.
What if I have to check-out early?
Early Checkout Obligation: Guests are responsible for the remainder of the original booking.
Are Cribs available at the resort?
Cribs are complimentary upon request, and based on availability. It is best to reserve a crib at the time of booking.
Is guest parking available?
Underground and ground-level self-parking is complimentary for guests.
Is there a Smoking / Vaping policy?
Under the Turks and Caicos Tobacco Ordinance, smoking and vaping is prohibited. Windsong On The Reef is a non-smoking, non-vaping resort. A cleaning fee ranging from US$250 up to the equivalent of your room rate for one night will be charged if any guest in your party smokes or vapes in any room,balcony, or roof terrace.
Is there a charge for wi-fi at the resort?
Complimentary high quality Wi-Fi is available in guest rooms and throughout the resort.
Are there Watersports at Windsong Resort?
We offer our guests complimentary Hobie Cats, glass-bottom kayaks and Zyaks, paddleboards, peddle boats & floating hammocks. Snorkel gear can be rented at a nominal fee.
Can we hire bicycles?
We offer our guests complimentary bicycles to explore the island.
Is there a gym or fitness center?
Our Fitness Center is open 24/7 daily , offering complimentary use of Cybex equipment, exercise balls and floor mats. Drinking water and towels are available, and there is a 52" LCD TV.
Is there butler service at Windsong?
As well as our 24-hour Front Desk, security & multilingual staff, our Butler service is based in Reception, and can assist with all sorts of information, excursions, dinner reservations and recommendations..
Does Windsong Resort have a spa?
Located upstairs from Reception, Drift Spa has skilled therapists to help you choose from more than a dozen refreshing facials, masks, scrubs, wraps, and soothers. To ensure availability, kindly email the spa or call (649) 333-5600 for more information.
Is there a grocery store near the resort?
Yes, there is, and we offer our guests a daily discounted shuttle to the grocery store for a nominal fee.
Can we arrange something special for a celebration during our stay?
We offer a unique Gift Registry, where you can choose from curated boxes, platters and other treats for arrival or special celebrations. These are coordinated by Windsong's butlers, but please contact Reservations in advance of your stay if you wish to organise a special occasion.
What currency is used in Turks & Caicos?
The currency in Turks & Caicos is US Dollars (USD).
What is the legal drinking age in Turks & Caicos?
The legal drinking age in Turks & Caicos is 18.
Can we drink tap water in Turks & Caicos?
In Providenciales, is perfectly safe to drink tap water, however bottled water is also a popular choice.
Is 'Beachfront' for adults only?
No, 'Beachfront' welcomes guests of all ages.
Can all guests use the Club Room and Rooftop Terrace at 'Beachfront'?
The Club Room and Rooftop Terrace are reserved for guests who are staying at 'Beachfront'.
Are all guests welcome to use the cabanas, hammocks and firepits outside the 'Beachfront' building?
Yes, all guests are welcome to use the facilities outside 'Beachfront'.
Is there a Business Center at Windsong Resort?
Yes, there is a Business Center on the property - please ask our Front Desk staff for details.
Can we snorkel off the beach at Windsong Resort?
As our name suggests, Windsong On The Reef is located adjacent to a snorkeling reef, where you can often see turtles, stingrays and colorful tropical fish. Please respect our reef, and all the undersea wonders of Turks & Caicos by not snorkelling where you see roped-off areas.
What are the sustainability practices at the hotel, and can we help?
At Windsong Resort, we are committed to help protect our 'beautiful by nature' island. Our sustainability efforts include: Energy Efficiency our air conditioning system is equipped with Onity energy management. Reduced Plastic Waste we have eliminated single-use plastic bathroom amenities, offering luxury Bvlgari shower gels and conditioners in modern dispensers. Drinking Water guests can enjoy filtered fruit water from the stations around the resort. Recycling we recycle aluminum cans to minimize waste and encourage responsible disposal.
Are table reservation necessary for evening dining?
We recommend making dinner reservations at Dune, but guests are welcome to dine at Jojo's Cafe without reservations during opening hours.
Does Windsong Resort help with special dietary requirements/restrictions?
At Windsong Resort, we try our best to accommodate the dietary needs of all our guests. Guests with special dietary requirements or restrictions are advised to email the resort before arrival, or to request a discussion with our Head Chef once checked-in.
I want to plan my dining experiences. Can I make a table reservation in advance, for every night of my stay?
We recommend that you speak to our Front Desk staff or Butlers on check-in, and they will guide you on all dinner reservations , whether on-site or at local restaurants.

Can we order Room Service?
Yes, Room Service is available at the resort at a nominal fee.
Does Windsong have a Tipping policy?
Tipping is always appreciated by our team for exceptional service but it is not mandatory. A 10% service charge is included in all room and F&B charges. If you would like to leave gratuity for outstanding service, you are welcome to do so at your discretion. Tips can be given directly or added to your bill.
What is the daytime dress attire at the resort?
Our guests love to hang out on the beach or around the pool, and are welcome to dress appropriately! For daytime dining at Jojo's Cafe or Dune, we suggest a cover-up for ladies and a t-shirt for gentlemen.
What is the evening dress attire at the restaurants?
Dining al fresco at oceanfront Dune is a very special experience, and we encourage guests to wear elegantly casual eveningwear. Jojo's Cafe is a more relaxed setting, so casual attire is appropriate. A word of caution - in Turks & Caicos we sometimes have visits from sandflies (or no-see-ums), so we advise making a good quality bug spray part of your outfit.
Does Windsong Resort offer babysitting services?
Babysitting services can be arranged on request. Please speak to our Front Desk team on check-in.
Do any of your restaurants offer a children's menu?
Yes, we offer special menus for our youngest guests at both Dune and Jojo's Cafe.

Does my room rate include breakfast?
Complimentary continental breakfast is served daily, with a choice of options.
Do the rooms have cooking facilities?
All all suites and bungalows have full kitchens, and all rooms and studios have well-appointed kitchenettes.
Are laundry facilities available?
All suites and bungalows have a washer/dryer, while self-laundry facilities are available for rooms and studios. Dry cleaning services are also available at a charge.
Can I preorder groceries before arrival?
Our pre-arrival services includepersonalised grocery shopping. Let us take care of everything you need before you arrive, from favourite foods to the perfect champagne or anniversary cake.
Is there a safe in my room?
In-room safes are available for guests in every room category.
Do any rooms have bathtubs?
Yes, many of our accommodations include bathtubs. The Master bathrooms in all 2-Bedroom Oceanfront Suites feature a bathtub, as do the Guest bathrooms of the 2-Bedroom Deluxe Oceanfront Suites, and most of our Studios.
Does your hotel offer room accommodations for the physically challenged?
Yes, Windsong Resort offers accessible accommodations to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Our Beachfront wing features two Junior 1-Bedroom Pool Beachfront ADA-approved rooms, subject to availability. Additionally, our Oceanfront 1-Bedroom suites include large walk-in showers.
Do I need an electricity adapter?
Windsong Resort operates on North American standard voltage 120V with type A and B outlet, as as well USB ports. If you are travelling from UK and other regions with different plug types, we recommend bringing suitable adapter. However, if you need one during your stay, please check with our resort Butler or Front Desk, as we may have limited number of universal adapters available.

Transfers and Taxis
When arriving at Providenciales International Airport (PLS), there are two main options for transfers to Windsong Resort. 1: Private Taxis can be arranged on arrival - there are generally plenty available at the rank outside Arrivals. 2: Shared Taxis are also easily available at the taxi rank outside Arrivals, and will transport up to 16 guests to their various hotels, including Windsong Resort.
